For the optimum visitor experience, add the self-service KIOSK Client to the Business or Enterprise Edition and streamline your reception operation.
With the KIOSK Client, your visitors can quickly and easily check themselves in and out using their barcoded pre-registration email or they can self-register as a new visitor. As an administrator you may define rules to ensure that each visitor provides you with the necessary personal information, such as photo and signature as required. You may also display non-disclosure and site policy documents for your visitor to read and sign on screen. Your visitor can then automatically print their badge at the end of the check-in process.
KIOSK Client allows you to configure the menus for the check-in process to suit your business needs, personalize the screen with your logo and welcome message to ensure your visitors enjoy a professional and trouble free check-in but also allows you to show an instruction video, or any other video message to your visitor, mandatory or not mandatory.
All of this on an interface with clear configurable step-by-step menus and on-screen keyboard designed for use with a Windows based kiosk, touchscreen computer or tablet.
Please note that the KIOSK Client can only be used in conjunction with a Business or Enterprise Master license in a networked environment, it cannot be used on its own.
