Secure File Upload

If you are working with ColorID on a project and your files are too large to email to us (over 20mb), utilize our secure file upload tool. 
​Send your high-resolution artwork files, recarding database information, or additional files in a single transfer. 
With our file transfer tool, you can submit up to 1 GB of data per submission.

Start Your Secure File Upload

• Enter the access code provided by your ColorID contact and click Continue. If you do not have an access code, ask your ColorID contact.
• Drag your file into the upload box, or click the box to browse your computer. Files up to 1 GB can be uploaded.
• Enter the name of the ColorID employee you are working with in the “Who at ColorID is this for?” field and enter your name. These two fields are required. Company, email address, and a short description are optional, although including a description is recommended.
• Please Note: Click Upload file and leave the page open until the green “File received” confirmation appears.

• Important: Customers do not receive an email confirmation. The green “File received” message displayed on screen confirms that the upload was successful.
• The appropriate ColorID employee is notified automatically.
• Files are transferred securely, shared only with ColorID personnel.
• Files are automatically removed from the Secure File Uploads location after 30 days.
