ColorID Acquires CardExchange Group to Enhance Mobile Credential and ID Management Solutions

​ANNOUNCEMENT – Acquisition strengthens ColorID and CardExchange's position as a global provider of identification solutions. 

​Cornelius, North Carolina, U.S.A., February 18, 2025 --- ColorID, a leading provider of identity solutions and secure credential technologies announced today that they acquired the CardExchange Group, which includes CardExchange Solutions, LLC (California, USA), ExchangeIT, B.V. (Netherlands), and CardExchange Solutions UNIPESSOAL, LDA (Portugal).
