Online Ordering
From our home
page select the
product tab you
desire. You can
buy ribbons and
blank cards online
(for other products
please call us).
Ribbons - You
can search for
the ribbon by
selecting the
manufacturer
or model of
your printer.
If you know
your ribbon
number, you
can go directly
to your ribbon
summary screen
by selecting
the correct
part number
(ColorID number
or printer ribbon
number).
Blank Cards -
You can search
for blank cards
by the card
specification
(for example: the
color, size
and magnetic
stripe details).
When you are
ready you can
check out. If
you are a first
time customer,
you will be asked to select a username and password.
If
you are a returning
customer you can
use your username
and password to
speed your checkout.
You will be given
a choice of purchasing
with a credit
card or with a
Purchase Order
(if you have not
previously been
approved for credit
with ColorID -
see our New
Customer Form
and Credit
Application form).
For
credit card purchases
we will verify
your credit card
on-line, and notify
you of the acceptance
of your order
with an e-mail.
We will also notify
you when your
order is shipped.
Your credit card
will only be debited
when your order
is shipped. You
will be able to
track your order
with the tracking
number we will
supply via e-mail.
You can re-enter
the site at any
time and change
your billing,
shipping information
or to view your
order history
by using your
username and password.
